Sound Clips
These audio samples are from the original miniseries and The Final Battle. All sounds are WAV files that most Macintosh and Windows browsers should support internally, but you may run into problems with certain plug-ins that do not handle the audio. In those cases, save the file to disk and use a helper application to play it.
These additional audio samples are WAV files I created for SciFi's V site.
Theme Music
The following files are samples of music and themes from the miniseries and series. All sounds are in the same format as above; size and playing time are provided for each file.
The following themes are in MP3 format.
The "Visitor Anthem" themes are from the episode "Reflections In Terror". The following files are in MIDI format. In addition to playing them on your computer, some cell phones support MIDI files used as ring tones.
Video
The video clips below are QuickTime movies encoded with the 3ivx MPEG-4 Video codec. To play them, all you need is the free QuickTime Player (version 6 or later) for Mac OS X or Windows.

A TrueType typeface of the Visitor alphabet is available for Mac OS 9 and for Mac OS X and Windows.
There was once a V video game for the Commodore 64 computer. You can download it at www.c64.com (in the letter V section). A helpful reference is even available if you need some tips. |
